AI Compliance Audit is a self-assessment tool designed to help organizations
evaluate their AI systems against EU AI Act and aviation safety regulations (EASA NPA 2025-07, FAA standards).
IMPORTANT: This Service is NOT
- Legal advice or legal consultation
- Official certification or accreditation service
- Government submission-ready official document
- Replacement for professional auditor review
Assessment results are for internal reference and preparation only.
For official government submissions, you must engage a certified auditor.
2. User Obligations
By using this service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your assessments
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not misrepresent assessment results as official certifications
- Not use the service to circumvent legal compliance requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of your access credentials
3. Limitation of Liability
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences
arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to:
- Regulatory Decisions: We are not liable for regulatory authority decisions based on self-assessment results
- Inaccuracies: Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided
- Third-Party Reliance: We are not liable if third parties rely on your assessment reports
- Business Impact: We are not liable for any business losses, operational disruptions, or financial damages
- Aviation Safety: For aviation systems, official EASA/FAA approval processes must be followed separately
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any)
in the 12 months preceding the claim.
4. Intellectual Property
- Service Content: All checklists, templates, and content are © 2025 Kwanwoo Administrative Office
- User Data: Assessment data and responses remain your property
- Reports: Generated reports may be used internally but may not be redistributed commercially
- Trademarks: EASA, FAA, and other regulatory marks are property of their respective owners
5. Service Availability
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
- Update checklists and regulations based on regulatory changes
- Suspend accounts for violation of these Terms
- Implement usage limits or fees in the future
We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when possible.
6. Aviation-Specific Terms
For Aviation / UAM Users
- EASA/FAA checklists are reference tools only
- Aviation safety certification requires official Type Certificate or SORA approval
- Flight authorization must be obtained from relevant aviation authorities
- Airworthiness and operational approval are separate regulatory processes
- This tool does not replace mandatory safety assessments
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of this service is subject to our
Privacy Policy.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our data collection and processing practices.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Seoul Central District Court
- Language: In case of conflict between English and Korean versions, the Korean version prevails
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or
service announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
